Brother Randy joined the church in 1993 and served in a variety of lay positions including Sunday School Teacher for adults and youth, Sunday School Superintendent, and Deacon. As a Deacon he served as Chairman of the Deacon Board and General Board.
An engineer and former business executive, Brother Randy answered God’s call to preach in January 2002 and joined the church staff as Youth Pastor in September 2002. Brother Randy has over fifteen years experience working with children and teenagers both as a layman and pastor. He is also active in the local, state, and national Association of FWB where he serves as Chairman of the Missouri Youth Board, is a member of the Missouri’s General Board and Executive Committee, and is on the Youth Advisory Council for the National Association of FWB Student and Children’s Ministries Department.
Brother Randy’s wife of 30 years, Suzi, is a school teacher at Farmington Middle School and they have four adult children, Andy (24 – also a youth pastor. Married to Ashley Turner), Samantha (22 - Married to Tim Hardy), and twins Holly and Haley (18).
